Our dentist practices
Our fully equipped dentist practices are established in The Netherlands at Valkenburg a/d Geul and in Hungary at Tiszafüred [130kms from Budapest]. You will be treated by certified and experienced dentist.

It is of great importance to help you to a beautiful set of teeth in a manner as pleasant as possible.

Procedure
During your first visit the dentist will examine the present state of your teeth and make a plan for your treatment. You will be informed about the possibilities for improvement. At this point you will also receive a quotation. After agreement about the planning, the treatment can start.

- aplaster replica will be made of your teeth.
- the tooth/molar, that has to be replaced, will be adjusted, so that a crown or bridge can be placed.
- you will get a synthetic temporary crown for the period in which the permanent crown/bridge will be made.
- in close deliberation with you the color will be chosen. The dentist advises you with his very critical look about the color of the crown/bridge.
- the crown/bridge will be fitted and fixed.
- you will get information about the maintenance of your prostheses.

Dental technique
As mentioned before, the dentist will first make his diagnosis to find the ideal situation for your improvement. Mostly it will be a choice for one or a combination of the following techniques.

Crown
A crown is a cap in the shape of a tooth or molar, which will be fixed over an abutment (column).

Bridge
There are several kinds of bridges.

Normal bridge of 3 crowns
A bridge exists of two or more crowns, which serve as fixation point, and a partition of one or more artificial teeth/molars, which fill the gap of missing teeth/molars.

Cantilever bridge
Cantilever bridges are used when there are adjacent teeth on only one side of the missing tooth/molar, for example if the hindmost molar is missing.

The prostheses will be made in ISO certificated dental laboratory's in Hungary.
The dental technicians in Hungary are world-wide known for their qualifications.

Temporary crowns
During the period when the tooth prosthesis will be made, you will get temporary crowns. These will be made also with great attention and are as good as real. Therefore, you can show yourself proudly.

Material
All our crowns and bridges exist of a metal base with an exterior layer of tooth-colored porcelain.
These are also the standard materials in Europe.

It is also possible to use Zirconium [-oxide, a material from space] for crowns.

Implants :
A dental implant is essentially a substitute for a natural root and commonly it is screw or cylinder shaped.
The main aim during installation of any implant is to achieve immediate close contact with the surrounding bone. This creates an initial stability, which over time is steadily enhanced by further growth of bone on the implant surface.
In order to support replacement teeth, dental implants normally have some form of internal screw thread or post space that allows a variety of components to be fitted. Once fitted, these components provide the foundation for long-term support of crowns, bridges or dentures.

There is 3 years guarantee on the dental renovation (crowns and bridges) and 5 years for the implants.
